1 Open hood and locate vertical headlight adjustment screws on the lower portion of the headlight housing. The headlight aim moves down when turning the aiming screw clockwise and moves up when turning the aiming screw counterclockwise. Its been a while since I have adjusted any but I am pretty sure that cover flips up and there is an adjustment bolt under there.
I noticed your truck is 1st gen. You want the low beam to be within two-inches of the mark which centers the high beam directly on the mark. Adjust the headlamp aim into the specified range by turning aiming screw A with a screwdriver.
Perform lo beam aim adjustment. Adjust the vertical headlight aim into the specified range by turning aiming screw A with a screwdriver. Turn it counter-clockwise to make the light go up and clockwise to adjust down.

The procedure listed below is for the LH side. Mark location of the light with a piece of tape or something then turn it one way till you notice it moving up or down if its moving the wrong direction go back the other way. But roughly there are two screws one for the side-to-side adjustment and one for up-and-down adjustment.
