2000 Toyota Tundra 4x4 Not Working

I replaced the flasher relay and it still does not.

There is an integration relay in underdash fusebox. You can verify this by checking the coolant level by taking a peek at the overflow reservoir. Tranny shop said 3500 to tear it down and replace it.

I have a 2008 tundra v8 57l. I bought it with 80K miles. Now for a little theory I believe you could jack up one front wheel engage the 4wd switch in neutral and try to turn the wheel I believe the front DRIVESHAFT should rotate along with the wheel if the front actuator is working but not the tcase unit If you can turn the wheel freely and nothing else turns I would say your front actuator is not working and the tcase unit maymay not be you could try turning.

The 4x4 light is showing my mechanic. My back wheels spin and I go nowhere. If I place hazards on while lights are on only right side flashes and whole dash lights flash too.
