2000 Toyota Tundra Timing Belt Marks

The arrows also point to the front of the vehicle. But after watching the video on Youtube by Dailydriven79 attached herein I got really confused.
These marks serve as a Poka-yoke so that you cant get the marks lined up wrong. Could I possibly just align the crankshaft at 0 top dead center compression or exhaust stroke unknown and just adjust the cam timing marks so that they now align with the marks would. In that video at 330 the mechanic does and says to do the exact opposite of what the Haynes Manual says to do.
The cams R marked. I have a 2000 Tundra V8 47 I lost power as in at acceleration. Also note that Bank 1 is labeled as the R-Cam and Bank 2 is the L-Cam.
They will each be off about 18 away from the marks on the backing plate. Here are the Bank 1 marks. Also note that Bank 1 is labeled as the L-Cam and Bank 2 is the R-Cam.
Now lets look at setting up the new timing belt. Toyota Tundra Timing belt. The new OEM Toyota timing belt will come with its own marks on it.
The new OEM Toyota timing belt will come with its own marks on it. As you apply the belt w the tentioner off the cam marks will move out a hair no longer be ligned up with the marks on the timimg cover backing plate. I do not know if you have the 34L DOHC V6 or the 47L DOHC V8.
