2001 Toyota Tundra Transmission Dipstick

Where is the oil dipstick location on a 2007 Toyota Tundra.

2001 toyota tundra transmission dipstick. I recently removed my transsmission fluid very easily with hopes to refilling it also. Take out the transmission dipstick and put in 33 quarts of transmission fluid via the dipstick. Toyota has used a sealed transmission for a few years which has no dipstick look under the hood if it has a dipstick it will be at the front near the radiator and have a red handle on it if not it uses the sealed transmission which uses WSworld standard transmission fluid which according to toyota does not need servicing although most dealers recommend changing the fluid at about 100000 miles.

Genuine Toyota Part - 9030109011 90301-09011. First locate the transmission dipstick which can be found under the hood in the engine compartment. It seems the transmission is a sealed unit that only the dealer can service.

Just finished talking with the Toyota Service Dept. And removing the overflow plug on bottom of pan. I changed the fluid and replaced it with 21 qts.

Transmission Dip Stick. Add a half quart I think the 01 takes Toyota T-IV but the dipstick will tell you whether it takes T-IV or Dex-III warm it up and it should be good. Any help would be appreciated.
