Looking at the 5VZ-FE and the 2UZ-FE engines and comparing the specs that way we can see that the 5VZ-FE engine had a capacity range of 5000-5200 pounds while the 2UZ-FE engine had a larger 4900-7300 pound capacity range.
On the extreme ends the lightest fifth wheels are around 7000 lbs. The V8 Tundra can tow a 7100-pound trailer or haul 1800 pounds in its eight-foot bed. You dont want to get into any wrecks on the road.
On the other hand the 5VZ-FE was the weaker engine option and came with a maximum towing capacity averaging 5000-5200 pounds. So Im guessing the camper may be around 5200 lbs loaded and the truck may be around 5000 lbs loaded. And 10100 lbs which is too low to carry the majority of fifth wheels.
