So its likely P1442 and its description is Evaporative Emission Control System Leak Detected.

Normally we see the p1442 code when there is a problem with the air injection system more specifically the secondary air injection switching valve on bank 1 of the engine.

Would happen to know where it is located and do you have instructions to replace. It is a problem with all of the VVTi 47 Toyota vehicles Tundra 4Runner LC Sequoia LX 470 etc The pump went out on my Sequoia and I did some research. Do you plan to try fixing it.
